Growth handles organizations up to $3M comfortably — we have 800+ orgs in that range on Growth. The shift to Impact makes sense when you need multi-fund accounting exports, SSO for IT compliance, or API access for a custom finance integration. The calculator will flag this automatically.

It replaces the tracking spreadsheet, not your program logic. You get a grant pipeline view with funder contacts, deadline calendar, report due dates, and a budget-vs-actual widget per grant. Outcome data lives in Ledger; narrative writing still happens in Google Docs or Word.

You export everything — donor records, gift history, grant notes, volunteer data — in standard CSV and JSON formats. Export is always free, available the same day you cancel, and we hold your data for 90 days after cancellation at no charge in case you change your mind.

Growth and Seed tiers include a self-service migration wizard that handles CSV imports from Bloomerang, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light, and generic CSV. Impact tier includes a dedicated migration specialist who'll do it with you — typically a 2-hour call and 48-hour turnaround for databases under 20,000 records.
